#2: Receive Return Authorization

Receive a return authorization (RMA) number, return instructions, and a shipping label (may take 24-72 hours)

Print the provided shipping label (as well as write the RMA# on the return label) and attach the label to the outside of your shipping box

#4: Receive Your Refund

Once the merchandise is received & confirmed to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued

FAQ: Detailed Return Steps

#1: After clicking the "submit return request" button, how do I initiate the return from my account?

It's easy (we promise)! Follow the below steps to access your account and submit a return request.

  1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  2. Go to your email account, and open the email sent from our store (info@fcwautoparts.com) and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the customer account page, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  4. Once logged in, click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for any additional detail you want to include with your return reason.
  7. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received and confirmed to be in original condition, you receive your refund minus any return shipping fees.

#2: How will I receive my Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?

Be on the lookout for an email from info@fcwautoparts.com within 24-72 hours after submitting your return request

The email should include:

  • an RMA# or RMA form / packing slip
  • Return Address (i.e., where to send the package)
  • Return Instructions
  • Prepaid shipping label (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Note: Customers have the option of choosing their own shipping carrier accounts or creating their own return labels if they choose. Let our customer support team know if you opt-out of using an FCW pre-paid return label. Thank you
  • A request for additional information such as photos of a damaged or incorrect item claim
#3: What do I do with the RMA information and return label and how do I ship it back to you?
  • Print out the provided prepaid return label and attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
  • Print out the RMA Form / packing slip (if provided) and attach to the outside of your shipping box
  • Write the RMA# on the return label to ensure the warehouse can identify your returned item. Please do not write anything on the box directly containing the part.
  • Take your package to your local FedEx/UPS/USPS drop-off location/post office to have it shipped or hand it to your driver.

NOTE: Customers have 15 days from the date of receiving their RMA to deliver their parts(s) back to us. Returns after this 15-day window will not receive credit.

#4: When should I expect my refund?

Refunds are normally processed and credited within 5-10 business days after the warehouse receives your item(s) and confirms they are in satisfactory condition. Once the returned part(s) has/have been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the item(s) you ordered. You will receive a confirmation email the day your refund is processed. If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business day(s) for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account.
